Account information: email address, name (optional), profile image (optional), and authentication provider records.

Billing information: subscription state and billing identifiers. Payment details are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

Service and usage data: server provisioning metadata (region, hostname), feature usage events, and related diagnostics necessary to operate and support the service.

Content you provide: messages, files, and other inputs you send through our apps and dashboards.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain your hosted assistant and dashboard.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions and respond to billing-related requests.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and abuse prevention.

When you use AI features, your prompts and related context may be sent to third-party model providers you select (or that are configured for your assistant) for the purpose of generating responses.

Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed by these providers.

We share information with service providers that help us run OpenClawdBots (such as infrastructure hosting, analytics, and payment processing).

We do not sell your personal information.

You can request account deletion in the mobile app from Settings. Deleting your account disables access and initiates teardown of associated infrastructure.
